As part of the conference program, we offer active recovery – low-intensity energy boosts for a sustainable work life and conference experience!
Conference attendees can also enjoy complimentary yoga classes at Upper House (valid for all conference passes, subject to availability, and with a valid conference badge). On Wednesday and Thursday from 7:45 to 8:45, you can participate in yoga and aqua yoga sessions. For schedules and booking, see here. Yoga class bookings open online approximately three weeks in advance.

IAKS Nordic Study Tour to Arenas in Gothenburg, March 11, 2025
IAKS Nordic is delighted to invite you to a study tour of several exciting facilities around Gothenburg on March 11, 2025. During the day, you will visit the extensive sports complex “Kvibergs sportfält” and the historic sports arena Slottsskogsvallen. The study tour is an independent part of the Träffpunkt Idrott conference (March 11–13, 2025), held in collaboration with Svenska Mässan.
All presentations during the study tour will be conducted in English.
